range of first payment dates in SC

dutchbltz 100 Club Joined: Oct 2015 Posts: 209	Is anyone aware of anything in the SC Code that limits the timelines on when a first payment must be due? I know some states it is 45 days. I did look in the code and I'm not seeing anything there but I suspect that I just missed it.
