What tips do you have for training our leadership to coach and role model our culture?
Answer: 

It starts with your strategic plan. What are the mission, the values and the vision for the company? What is the conduct and behavior supports that? That is the cornerstone of ethics, integrity and doing right by the customer, the employee, the shareholder, and the community. Coaching is a skill. Targeted coaching training teaches leadership how to develop and sustain quality performance in the workplace. Coaching, well done, teaches self-evaluation and personal responsibility.
