I would like to know if any good activities, stories or exercises are available as free resources on the net for training investment bankers in communication.

Answer:

I don't know of any free stuff that is worth much, and since I don't know the specific communications issues you have, it is hard to respond. Have you thought of a local Toastmasters or National Speakers Association Chapter?
