Positive Pay Solution

A major provider of software products that streamline business processes is offering a positive pay solution that works in conjunction with check printing. Create!form International, Inc. is offering the product as an add-on module that combines the two functions. At the same time a check is being output to a printer, a copy is written to an electronic file that is transmitted to a company's bank. Because the files are automatically created, no one even knows it's happening. The bank can then compare checks presented for payment to the electronic files already transmitted.
