Does anyone know the exact date (est.) when we could access the FFIEC for the 2012 tract numbers?

For geocoding via FFIEC it would have been mid year. The list of tracts with income class was out prior to the start of the year and public file maps were to be updated by April.

Some counties, like Riverside and San Bernardino in California had big increases in the number of tracts from 587 to 822 tracts for example.

This is an important time to revisit how you have delineated your Assessment Area not only for the number of tracts but for their income classification and minority classification too. We have seen situations that have changed so much a bank could be accused of red lining even though they did nothing to change their AA boundaries.

Whew!It never ends. I hate this concept of unintentional discrimination.

Kathleen Can you refresh my mind on where to find the 2013 list of tracts with income class for 2013 prior to them coming out on FFIEC.
