We report consumer loans for CRA putposes. A question came up recently on type code 5-Auto: Is "auto" considered just auto and theings like ATV's, campers, boats be consideredd 7-other secured consumer loans?

ok -I find the CRA-Loan information sheet from the Bankers Online Toolbox. That gave me new car, used car, motor home, trailers and boats! Any thoughts on ATV's, campers, jet skis, motorcycles, and snowmobiles? I'm guessing 7 - other secured consumer loans?????

Check the call report instructions for that line item. The auto section (Line 6c) is for automobiles only. The other items (campers, etc) are reported as other secured consumer, as you deduced.
