Can we get CD service credit if we have a financial literacy class to employees earning minimum wage at a local fast food restaurant? Is wage data from the Department of Labor be sufficient to document it as a service?

Thanks,

Yes, you can use the govt. data from the BLS or Mickey D's probably can tell you its hourly wage for more specificity.

OOOOOOklahoma
We have done it using BLS stats with no trouble from the examiners. Also if you search the bureau's website they wrote an article about how important it was to have financial literacy programs at places of employment. I added that to our bundle and it really helped the exam team understand why we were working with an employer.
