Is there a Community Development Loan checklist similar to the Dallas Fed CRA Loan Data Grid that does an "If this/than that" type of evaluation for determining CD loans? I'm working on qualifying CD loans temporarily and want to make sure I'm, A. Doing it right and B. Can help train the new person. I know how to qualify for the CD purpose but I'm getting myself confused on size tests for both the loans and businesses. TIA
