In the last couple of months we have seen more and more double posted checks. What I understand is that this is due to Check 21? We have a check post this week and then a week or two later it posts again. I don't feel like this is good customer service so I am trying to figure out if there is anything out there to help and prevent this or if anyone know what Fed is doing to minimize these issues.

We have seen a lot of these as well. I do not know if the problem lies with Fed or the depository bank. We seem to have more problems with the quality of Fed's service since they have centralized operations--don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. We have also seen many check 21's with poor images, and several NOI's returned to us in our chargebacks. Has anyone else seen similar trends?
