I know we are required to keep in the publice file the HMDA disclosure statement for each of the prior two years. Although the prior two years would be 2005 & 2006 our confirmation letter from the Federal Reserve states the 2006 disclosure will not be available until September 2007.

As of today, July 10, 2007 what two previous years HMDA disclosure information should be included in the public file?

I have 05 and 06 plus the public LAR until the disclosure comes out...then I will remove the 05 and just have the 06 and 07 disclosures

2004 and 2005 plus the public LAR for 2007. When the 2006 data is available you will add that and remove the 2004
