It should not, but just how the institution stops paying those items can be a delicate matter. The best idea, I think, is first to attempt to contact the personal representative or a surviving family member to discuss these recurring items and ask whether any of them needs to be continued to protect the decedent's former home, etc. For example, if hazard insurance is being debited from the account, you can help someone make other arrangements for those payments if they aren't to be paid from the estate account. If the insurance premium payments are for insurance on the decedent's life, it would be appropriate to return any received after the date of death (once you've confirmed it).
