Overview:

Part I and Part II of the beneficial ownership rules are final.  We are anticipating the banking piece at any time in proposed form.   Customers are now registering their businesses with the federal government.  So what do we need to know?  What is the new terminology, exclusions, exemptions?  How can we get ready?  These are the questions that many institutions are struggling with as we move forward.  During this webinar we will give a general overview of all the new rules as we wait for the last piece.  If it is released before this webinar date we will also cover that part.  At this time there is no actionable items for your financial institution.  We are still operating under old rules but preparing for the new ones.
