Each of the booklets can be accessed through the FFIEC InfoBase on Information Technology, which includes not only the IT bookletts, but a Resources page with a list of resources related to the booklet topics, a Presentations page (which offers audio and printed version s of presentation, with a general presentation and an introductory presentation on each IT exam booklet), as well as a glossary.

The new 91-page retail payment Systems booklet provides guidance to examiners, financial institutions, and technology service providers on identifying and controlling information technology-related risks associated with retail payment systems and related banking activities. It begins with a Retail Payment Systems overview, then discusses payment instruments, clearing and settlement, including check-based payments, card-based electronic payments, ACH, and other electronic payments, then focuses on retail payment systems risk management.
