Marlboro House, Cumberland Street PO Box N 1201 Nassau, Bahamas The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has been informed that the above-mentioned entity has represented itself as a bank and offered banking products and services to the general public. The Central Bank of the Bahamas reports that there is no record of such a company being authorized or licensed to conduct the business of banking from the Bahamas.
