Employers must display certain informational posters at each business location. You should have the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, The Civil Rights Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Williams Steiger Occupational Safety and Health Act, Employee Polygraph Protection Act, the New Minimum Wage, and the Americans With Disabilities Act. With all the attention being given to discrimination in the workplace, you'll want to check to be sure they are in all the locations necessary.
