Darn Those Confusing Signs

The girl behind the desk in the Coldwell Banker real estate office looked up as a man walked through the door. He didn't say anything to her - just handed her a note. The note said, "This is a Bank Robbery. Give me all your money."

She handed the note back and said, "I'm sorry sir. This is not a bank. It's a real estate office." "In that case, never mind," the robber said, and he left.
