Y2K Video available

The American Bankers Association has two videotapes addressing Y2K, available to both ABA members and others. One, "The Bank Team and the Year 2000" is an 18 minute video designed to teach customer contact people proper response to Y2K questions. The other, "You and Your Bank..." is a 9 minute customer outreach video - useful for customer programs or played continuously in your lobby.
