If you are looking for resources for employees on deposit insurance, go straight to the FDIC. Their materials are the best in the business (after all, they are the business) and they are free. Make sure that you have copies of "The Financial Institution Employee's Guide to Deposit Insurance." The most current edition of this guide was issued as FIL-76-99. You can call your FDIC office for copies or you can download it from the FDIC's website at www.fdic.gov.
