CRA Service and Lending Worksheets
Shelley Armentrout, Compliance Administrator at Resource Bank, created two worksheets to aid in documenting CRA compliance. The first is a service worksheet that the lenders have to complete when they peform a CRA service. The second is a CRA lending worksheet. The CRA lending worksheet is completed on all her bank's commercial loans and it includes the loan submission which reflects the purpose and collateral. She reports it makes it much easier for her to make determinations without having to pull the file.
