Employee badges & fair lender logo

Question: If we have our employees wear badges that advertise home loans, should the badges also include the fair lender logo?

Answer: The fair lender logo (also known as the doghouse) must be prominently displayed in offices where applications are taken for home loans. If the employees wearing these loan advertising badges are all located in branches that have equal housing lender posters clearly visible, the badges would not have to include the logo. Including the logo on badges could be seen by customers as a positive statement. It could also be a positive advertising tool. But if space or design is a concern, the logo isn't necessary.
