OFAC Referrals?

When it comes to evaluating your OFAC compliance, examiners are doing much more than in the past. What happens if the examiner finds a problem with your OFAC program? The worst thing that may happen is a referral to OFAC. When an examiner finds a violation that is not merely the result of a one-time error, the violation will be referred to OFAC.
