Guidance on Outsourcing Technology Services

The FFIEC has issued the Outsourcing Technology Services Booklet which provides guidance on managing outsourced tech services. Perhaps the most interesting and useful aspect of this publication is its guidance on risk management issues. This replaces the booklet published November 28, 2000.
