And has anything happened to exemptions?

Not yet, but soon. The new policy on exemptions won't be issued until the suspicious activity report process is final. However, we understand that most of the thinking is done and it could happen quickly. There is some substance to the rumor that the exemption process will be vastly simplified and CTR filing significantly reduced.
