Regulation DD Commentary Revisions Proposed

The Federal Reserve has proposed revisions to Regulation DD, Truth in Savings. The items proposed include clarifications of what constitutes a bonus, imposing a fee for early withdrawal, and permissible calculation techniques for leap year.
