What About The Next Leap Year?

If you are frustrated with the APY calculations that result from leap year, take heart. The next leap year occurs in the year 2004. That's right. Every century or so, we don't need leap year to correct the calendar and the year 2000 is one of those years when we won't need to leap. The usual 365 days will do the trick. With luck, leap year will be someone else's problem by the year 2004!
