OTS to Offer CRA Conference

If you want to learn more about how to serve emerging markets, consider attending an OTS conference on that topic at the end of March, 2000. The conference will be held in Richmond, VA and will include topics such as Virginia Housing Development Authority programs, federal community development programs, successful examples of community development lending and investment, and an analysis of Virginia HMDA data.
