Congratulations, Karen!

Karen Davy Wright was the recipient of this year's Distinguished Service Award. The award, given by ABA's Compliance Executive Committee, recognizes outstanding leadership, initiative and accomplishment in banking regulatory compliance management. Karen has been a speaker and teacher at ABA conferences and schools, and supported state-based compliance training. For almost two decades, Karen has been a key figure at ABA's National Compliance Schools, first as a teacher and then as a member of the Board of Advisors. Most recently, Karen served as the Chair of the schools' advisory board. In that role, she made significant improvements to the curriculum of both the National Compliance School and the National Graduate School of Compliance Management. Hundreds of compliance managers have been educated under Karen's leadership, an impressive legacy. Congratulations, Karen!
