Kitten, it was one of the hardest, yet most rewarding things I've ever done. We walked 20 miles a day for three days, camped at night, and met the most amazing people; survivors, relatives of those who have passed but their legacy lives on, and supporters who cheered us through the blisters and fatigue. The group I walked with raised over $100,000, and I tell you, crossing that finish line on day three was such an accomplishment. I would recommend doing it if you train for several months beforehand. The rewards are worth it! ::::raising a glass:::: here's to Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

DC - Way to go! I did the humble 5K in May. My mom is a survivor. A friend of ours was scheduled to do the local 3 day and then fly out to do the 3 day in San Diego with a friend of hers, but she's been ill and having breathing problems.
A Super-Sized Cosmo for DC, and cosmo's all around for the ladies in the house!
Queen Mum - should we send over a 5 gallon jug with a straw?
