We have an Overdraft Protection Plan. One of customers lost this privilege over the life of their account. Meanwhile, back at the branch, the local manager decided to cover their checks, calling them everytime they were overdrafting. (Insert sigh)

People moved..overdrafts increased...mgr has increased trouble reaching them...they can't drop off money now....

Mgr pulls a Credit bureau report and, based on that info, decides to discontinue the pymt of these overdrafts. Should they get an AAN with the little check on the FCRA box?

It sounds like the manager was providing a service and through the use of the CBR is taking adverse action. A FCRA notice is probably appropriate, although I would not use a loan AAN.
