Wow, the first half of the show last night was sure disappointing. WAAAAAYYYYYYY too much drama for my taste. I think they said 75 people made it to the next round. . .and how many of those have we heard sing at all? 20 or 25????

At least Bikini Girl made her exit. If only Tatiana (no idea how to spell that--I'm talking about the Giggle Girl) had followed her out the door too!

I found it odd that most of the people they introduced us to in the early auditions and really liked have been cut in hollywood week this time.

I would have rather kept Bikini girl than Tatiana. I muted the TV after she started thanking everyone after she made it through. Nails on a chalkboard would have been better.

I totally agree. I got sick of the backstage drama. I wish they would just show the performances.

Also, I actually wanted to slap Paula last night. What is up with this woman standing up and dancing during performances? I thought these were auditions. I think it shows a profound disrespect for the contestants when she shows off like that.

You must not have ever been an entertainer of any kind. If an audience or someone you are auditioning for gets excited and dances, bobs their head, etc., it show's you're doing a good job and I can't imagine it being seen as disrespect.

Let me 'splain somthing to you, genius. Simon, Randy, Paula and Kara are *not* the audience. They are the judges of an audition. You have to ask yourself, if you were on trial in a court, would you want the judge to stand up and cheer or scowl at you?

I know you consider yourself an expert on everything American Idol, but *your* inexperience is showing, B_F. Paula Abdul does not act like a professional on Amercian Idol.

Tatiana is quite possibly the most irritating person ever to make it to Hollywood week. Aside from that, she's not a very good singer or performer...

Yeah, I can't believe she (Tatiana)made it through. I can think of three others I thought were way better and did not make it (like the "homeless" girl from Cincinnati).

And that annoying freak (no offense bol Freak)with the piercing on his mouth to make him look like a puppet. Always spassing out. And the "Nick" alter ego guy, he may make a good cheap "Branson" style show, but no idol, PLEASE.

I agree with all of the above statements. I was extremely disappointed that Tatiana made it through. She is by far the most annoying person I have ever seen on Idol.

On a good note... Danny made it through. The music teacher that lost his wife like a month before auditions. I am so pulling for him. He reminds me of Elliot Yamin.
