Do they ever reveal exactly how many votes each got???
It would be interesting to see where Tatianna was in the hearts of America.

Do they ever reveal exactly how many votes each got??? Nope, they usually keep it pretty vague. Occasionally they tell you who had the highest votes, but other than that, they are pretty secretive.

From what I heard, the judges pic the final three not the voting public....

So, when is it on again? I thought it would be on tonight? Don't see it in the listings.

So, when is it on again? I thought it would be on tonight? Don't see it in the listings. The Obamessiah has not addressed us enough, therefore, he will be on tonight instead of American Idol. I certainly hope we don't have to see him on TV twice a month for the rest of his 4 years!

And be sure to list your rankings and faves promptly Thursday morning... we don't want B_F all upset again this week when someone on Friday morning is happy that someone made it through, but failed to make public knowledge of it the day before

Would be cool if we could set up a panel of judges to critic him. I'm pretty Fox News will provide this coverage immediately following the address.

My top two picks for tonight is Adam Lambert, the guy that sang Satisfaction, and the red headed sixteen year old girl that sang Alone, I can't remember her name. I think when Randy Jackson compared Adam Lambert to Robert Pattinson from Twilight, that sealed his vote.

The first 12 that performed were almost all better than anyone last night. What a pity.
Jasmine Murray - SNORE! Her song choice didn't fit her voice, and it just wasn't good enough. Too bad, I liked her in her audition.
Matt Giraud - Was it just me, or did he seem out of breath the entire song. I really wanted to like him, because of the brief moments we saw of his auditions, but I just couldn't.
Jeanine Vailes - When she started, she reminded me of the Pussycat Dolls sound. I thought it was great until she hit the first chorus, and then she fell completely apart. Oh, and I wasn't all that impressed with her "great legs" like the judges!
Norman Gentle - WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY!?!?! I really do not understand why a comic at best is in the top 36 of American Idol. I totally agree with Simon that it will be a travesty if he goes through. Sure, he's memorable, but so were William Hung and Sanjaya, and it wasn't because they could sing!
Allison Iraheta - Something about her in her interviews seemed off, kind of like she'd been sniffing glue or something... I really liked her voice and her rendition of Alone until she raised the volume and screamed the song. I didn't care for that part, and was surprised the judges did. But, she's definately got talent.
Kris Allen - I liked his take o nthe song, and I think he has a good voice. He could be a dark horse for a trip to the top 12 as a wildcard.
Megan Corkrey - There's something about her voice that I just love, but I think she needs to get more comfrtable on stage. She seemed goofy in her "dance" moves. BUT, she certainly closed strong, and she can sing. Unfortunately, her tattoos could hurt her. On the other hand, her beautiful mother could help her.
Matt Breitzke - I felt completely bored, but enjoyed the tone of his voice at the same time. This was a questionable song choice, and he needed more energy for sure.
Jesse Langseth - Very cute, decent voice, but the song didn't work for her at all.
Kai Kalama - The boy can sing, and he picked a good song for himself. Maybe I'm old fashioned too, because I really loved it.
Mishavonna Henson - Bad song choice for her, simply because the original is so iconic a sound, but she can sing. In my opinion, she needs time to develop, and the top 12 isn't the must choice for her right now.
Adam Lambert - This was a good closing number. I was impressed with his range, but I just didn't buy him as a "rocker".
Adam Lambert, Megan Corkrey, and Allison Iraheta are my picks to go through, although I think Kai Kaluna deserved it more than either of the girls.

My picks:
Adam Lambert The girl who sang Alone
And Mishavonna
Think the judges will give Megan and wild card, (maybe she can use some of that stimulas money to remove the tatoo.)

I was in the kitchen putting dishes away when he made that comment, and I nearly dropped a plate. Even Seacrest appeared to be trying *really* hard not to laugh out loud at that one. I will agree that they both have an overly made-up, I-put-way-too-much-effort-into-my-hairdo kind of look going, and the kid can definitely sing....but seriously? I guess Randy just wanted to make sure all the 14 year old girls would vote for him. All that being said - I want to hear him sing "Dream On." My picks: Adam, Alison, and Megan (what's wrong with having a tattoo? The baby-doll dress was way tackier on her than the tattoo).

(what's wrong with having a tattoo? The baby-doll dress was way tackier on her than the tattoo). Her tatoo, I personally find it really distracting. And her dress and dance moves were Weird at best. I kept thinking of Ricky Bobby, "I don't know what to do with my hand"

She looked like Lewis Carol's Alice gone punk. The total effect was just....wrong.

Although I'm not a huge fan of arm tats on girls, the artwork looked amazing!

That's kinda what I thought, too. At least it isn't something trite and tacky like a barbed wire cuff or tribal bands. You have to admit though - combining the 'bad girl' sleeve with a white baby-doll and tights was just creepy.
