So if our funds availability notice says the first $100 may be available immediately, then we do we need to say that again? For instance, if we receive a check for $5000 and use the case-by-case hold notice (Model C-16), can we just say $4900 is available on "x" day?

When using the case by case hold notice we just indicate that $4900 will be available 2nd day. The hold is only placed on the system for 4900 thus the first $100 being available.Does that help?
