I was researching the answer to a question I was asked and I found the following Q&A in the Infovault.

We plan to return this recurring ACH by an Home Alarm Company because the sole owner of the account is deceased and his home is vacant. What ACH Return code would be used. Our ACH go-to person is out of the office and this question has came up.

Any help is appreciated!!!
