Any of the crazy new race trends might be worth looking at. Warrior Dash, Spartan Race, Tough Mudder etc. I thought about working my way through the shorter ones to build up to the tough mudder, but then just decided to skip them. Not sure what's going to happen, just hope I finish in the top 50%!

A couple of guys here are doing a mudder this summer. I'm thinking of going to tailgate. laugh

I don't know if there is a "should be".

But if you want to feel something, try doing a different form.

In other words, if you are doing them on your knees, do them "regular" form. Or scorpion-like, like that bad-a.s.s. Boatn does them.

Or with your feet on an exercise ball.

Decided to do 10 a day, adding 10 every month. Hubby decided to join me, and then we decided to add an ab "thing" to it also... So 10 push ups, and 10 ab-somethings, (today was the bicycle kind from the P90X video that we never got around to doing...)

It's only been a few days and I can do the 10 all at once now, (1st and 2nd I had to put my knee down a few times.) I'm excited for this now!

Matt, watch it buddy. When I was your age....

Okay, I won't go there. Sprints, pushups, Up-Downs, all with no break, followed immediately by 2 miles in the school hallway (we had a center courtyard and a square hallway system).

Okay, I went there.

Thanks for waking me up, though. So, my arm is feeling better, and my body is remembering the pushup form. Yesterday, I did 3, then 4, then 5 and finished with 6 last night.

This morning, I did 6, then 7. I'll fit some in this evening. I am using the "Perfect Pushup", and it is helping with my wrist issues. I'm feeling good about this.

While I'm not going to post my before picture (it's pretty bad), I plan to take progress pics at the end of each month. Hopefully, when Dec 31 comes around, I'll have 13 pics to share with an amazing result.

Now, how about that "before" pic that Dip posted?
