It was almost 10 years ago when I was doing those workouts...pretty sure I couldn't keep up with it today, but in a few more months I might be closer. Glad to hear you haven't fallen apart yet! Ended up heading outside, the "gym" was occupied. Did 1.5 and my nose felt like it was going to fall off my face, it was back below 20 by then, and my conditioning for cold air breathing is not where it should be! Still, got in more than enough push-ups for the day, and this morning again.

Feels like I've done enough work for one day, I should just go home and fall back asleep!

I knwo I'm not in any shape right now, but I was sad by how hard 3 pushups was last ngiht Glad I decided to do this afterall! Mayeb I shoudl try them girl style on my knees. Last ngiht I did them from on my toes, the onyl way I ever used to do them, btu mayeb I need to work up to that...cuz I really doubt I'll be able to do 4 tongiht the regular way

Nobody would complain... But no reason to feel pressure! You got the push-up pics, that's good enough. I thought about snapping one last night in my under armor shirt and tights before I went out for a run, but my sense of decency prevented it!

You're actually in very good shape. The toning and strengthening that will result with the pushups and exercise that you're doing will show up by you being in excellent athletic shape in the end. I can already visualize the 6-8 pack that will likely be yours in a matter of months. Take your time and do what you can, how you can. You'll be fine.

Have any of you had any walking challenges. We want to start one using pedometers but not sure where the initial goal should be set.

I have one set for myself. But it's a year long challenge, so I don't know if it would be what you are looking for.

I've seen a lot challenges where people (or teams) "walk" the distance to somewhere. So, let's say, who can walk from New York City, NY to Knoxville, TN the fastest? So people will track how many miles they walk and the first person/team to "reach Knoxville", or walk 707 miles, is the winner.

I did one like that before. We did it walking from branch to branch. HQ to Branch A was X. Then A to B, etc.
