Zombie Apocalypse!?!  Holy cow, I need to step up my training regimen to be ready by 12/21. I want a partner who has seen all of the episodes of The Walking Dead and knows how to handle a baseball bat and any sort of weapon we come across on our journey. We will need to pair up for pushup "zombie spotters" to watch over us while we do our 350+ daily from 12/22 through 12/31.

Learn to keep those heads up and do your pushups in pairs facing each other. Learn to pop up quickly from pushup to double tap postition...or cast iron skillet, if that is your oreference!

Ibuprofen is my friend! Also Move Free (the particular combo of MSM, Chondroitin and Glucosamine I currently use). It all helps. Or makes me think it does anyway!

Mine burn, but I have a tear and some arthritis in them, so I expect it.
For me, I was doing about the same a year ago. The real test for me will be whether I can keep pushing forward. I'm thinking I'm going to need to start splitting mine up soon, and probably taking a rest (recupe) day in between at some point.

DS, that's perfectly normal. Even the founder, Annie, didn't do them every day. In fact she stopped around day 260-ish and went back on 12/31 to do her 365. Which she did in (I think) 3 sets.
No one should be getting boob sweat hurt by doing this.

I got off track with my pushups when Mother was in the hospital. Began experiencing pain in my left shoulder while not doing them. Got back on track yesterday and the pain went away! How weird is that?
