Did 10, 22 and 20 last night.

Will do something similar this evening and then use the weekend to get back to doing them in the morning. I like that routine better.

It helps to not have it hanging over your head as something to do. Then if you feel particularly energetic or motivated, you can always do some extra ones at night!

We're into the 40's now, crazy stuff everybody!

And we're still a couple of weeks away from me hitting the number that coincides with my age. I'm impressed that I'm still here!!!

Ironically it was the day I did them all in one set. Just made the connection.

Massage Guy told me today that he can tell the diff in my muscles. My right knee may be 90, but the rest of me isn't!!!

My daughter Morgan is doing Jump Rope for Heart and is trying to raise $200.00. She is 8 and does at least 100 jumping jacks everyday as her part to stay healthy.

Last year was the top earner in her school and she is really excited to help the school raise $500.00.

I can certainly feel it getting tougher and tougher! (duh?)

Got around to doing yesterday's around 11:30 last night, stopped at 38 when my form was starting to go and had to do the last 5 as second set, made me a little sad.

This morning I counted off what I was doing in my regular workout, knowing that I'm now to the point where I'm not sure to hit the day's requirements. Ended up with 3 spare to do at the end of my decline, but couldn't force myself to do any more at that point. Did the rest in a set of 10 after a break.

My favorite part of the day is the 10 minutes where I'm collapsed on the floor after my work out, before I get cleaned up for work. That's probably weird...but oh well!

My birthday is the 80th day of the year this year. I would like to make it till then with out having to do my pushups in multiple sets....but its getting tougher! I just keep saying, "its only one more...", but that argument is becoming less and less convincing.
