Um, how 'bout no? When the vet says joint injections "aren't a long-term solution" for the horse, why on earth would I consider them for myself?

The chicken dance?

Very similar.....

The chicken dance is one I can do. Otherwise, I am rhythmically challenged and uncoordinated. Yet the chicken dance is in no way a "sexy" dance.

Unless you're doing it for a rooster...

This really, REALLY large guy started doing the chicken dance at our world barrel racing championships...over the years, it became expected. He would even get on top of a barrel and do it with all the crowds going right along iwth him.

Each year he would outdo himself iwth various chicken hats to go along with it.

One year, he wasn't there...he had had a heart attack. But he was back the next year. He was a mayor of a town in New Jersey...such a fun guy with the greatest of personalities. I can't think of his name right off tho, darn it!

Does his wife perpetual fiance drive a mazda?

170 in, will have to knock out the rest some time today behind my desk I guess! My shoulders/upper back are always tight in the morning now, but once they get the first set done, they feel better.

The last set was only 33!
My joints were particularly musical today for some reason.

Milestone today. I did my first set of 100, ever. Every morning when I roll out of bed I start with a set before I do anything else. I've been progressively adding 10 more to that starting number about every 2-3 weeks, and today started with 100. It took some effort, but boy was I awake by the end of that!

Well Matt! I have cut back to sets of 50. I did sets of 100 last year and the year before. I have given my shoulders a break this year.

i had the cortisone shot into my shoulder due to a slap tear (minisucle tear in shoulder tendon). that was probably 5 years ago, and with the follow up physical therapy, have been pain free since. every now and then i have some discofort, but i just do the exercises i was given and it works itself out quickly.
