I missed my pushups yesterday but I gave my lungs a good workout. Opera? Balloons?  Cardio is great! and your upper bod may have need the rest.

Woo Hoo!!! My daughter is going out for the high school track team!! She has shown zero interest in running or track but the boyfriend [involuntary eye twitch] is doing track so she is going to try out. She originally wanted to do throw (jav, shot, disc) but being not quite 5' and barely 100 lbs she will likely be running. Of course I offered to help  I told her that running does not require skill or athletic ability, just determination and practice. I am hoping that she likes it and that I can help her along. She is very competitive, both with me and the boyfriend so hopefully she will learn to push herself and develop a love for running Too cool TJ! Everybody started somewhere, this may be hers!

Everybody started somewhere, this may be hers!
Went out for cross country and track in 10th grade because some friends were in it, was an awesome experience! That height might make it hard to hurdle, but she could be great in any of the other events if she wanted to be. Just look out for when she wants to go on long runs with the boyfriend

Just look out for when she wants to go on long runs with the boyfriend I can run farther and faster than either of them so they have to behave [involuntary eye twitch] I am also part Ninja so they will never hear me....

You might want to get that eye checked out! Too much stress, you should drink more, or relax and work on your throw-star skills. Never know when you'll need to take someone out.

Its surviveable guys. I've got one married and another about to graduate and I havent had to kill anyone. Notice that I said I havent "had" to. The first two were voluntary, not compulsary. After that there are just so few problems....
