Giddy up. The ZL-1 is a bad-azz ride.

Let's see, if I sell my house, my truck and my horse I might be able to swing it.

If you're lucky; I was thinking more along the lines of my license being taken away...

It may cost a good sum to build a swing that can handle the weight of a car.

Yup, we traded in the old car and they gave us $50.00 and knew about the car's issues. I am sure it was worth more, heck, the tires were worth more, but I could not drive it any longer without waiting for the underside to fall on the gound while I was on the highway.

We looked at the Buick as well as other cars. We settled on another Malibu. Good price/value. We won't use it for long hauls (we don't do too many of those) so the ride was not an issue. Mileage is pretty good and, well, its done. I hate buying cars and I hope we don't have to buy another one for another 10+ years.

Anywhere I want to be
The ZL-1 is going to be sweet. It looks like the starting price is a meer $55,000.

I had a 64 the Buick and the underside would always end up on the pavement. Just do not let friends follow you and keep you foot on the gas.

You can have your ZL-1. I'd take a Cobra in a heartbeat.

I'd take my G8 GT back! (might upgrade to the GXP....don't tell Mrs (to be) Pup).

I had a 69 Biscayne that the frame kept rusting out on. I'd go over a bump and the next thing I knew my right side or rear would drag.

Take it home, lift in in the garage and weld more angle iron to it and keep going.

Did not have welding equip at the time but you would not believe how strong and steel wire (or a coat hanger) can be.
