I would put a Joint Mobility (No Intensity) day after any high intensity day. That's not a day off. It's a day of 'active recovery'. Here's a good follow-along Joint Mobility .

I wouldn't have more than 2 high intensity days in a given 7-day period.

It's called Intu-Flow, but that's not really important, what's important is the systematic approach to moving and lubricating all the joints you stressed in your high intensity work.

Also on SloFloFitnessTV is a body-weight routine called Flow-Fit. I highly recommend it.

I like both of those!

This link should work eventually. I just tried it and it's not live yet.

The price is $20.10 (they set it, I don't). Cheaper if you buy in bulk.

I also have one that says "It's one of the Smooshy-faced breeds" just because I think that is too funny.

Mine is on it's way!

I only wear t-shirts that are the stretchy athletic material. They make my pecs pop and don't flutter in the breeze like these regular shirts do!

I dont need a tshirt to make my pecs pop!

I find a little shading with some tan make-up does it nicely! laugh

I would rather sleep for 48 straight hours and then try them.

Pedaling along a scenic highwa...
So, I woke up with a headache, very sore shoulders and a stuffed up face. Before I even got out of bed, I decide that I wouldn't do any pushups this morning, but I'd do them all this evening.

I fell asleep for about 20 minutes, had a completely irrevalant dream, woke up, took a shower then decided to try a set.

I normally do 3 sets in the morning and one at night. Last night, instead of doing regular pushups, I did about 50 (20 with my hands inverted) leaning pushups against the bar at the pool hall. I counted them as 20 because they really weren't that difficult.

I managed 20 on my first set, waited about 10 minutes (applying the pre-electric shave lotion and letting the dog outside), did 18 more, let the dog in, shaved, did 20 more, finished getting ready, and did 20 more.

So, I managed 20, 18, 20, 20 when I hadn't planned on doing any. That's a daily PR before 7:30. smile

I plan to approach tomorrow mornign with a similar pessimism. wink

I am not an officially recognized charity or I'd suggest me! Feel free to donate my share as well, preferrably anonymously. I don't do this for the press! Also, if you can find something extremely random, that would be even better!

Answer to how many can I do in a minute? 61. Matt can probably do more, but being young is cheating! laugh
I think I started too fast. I wouldn't recommend doing them that way for everyday exercise.

I'm guessing Matt will soon be receiving a card saying "A donation in your name has been made to The Human Fund™, Money For People™."

I support ^^^ this.

I would have also accepted the Support Group for Overworked and Underpaid Compliance Persons Fund.

wishful thinking ...
My hubby and I decided last night to start the pushup challenge. We did our 19 pushups last night. Yes, we are little late starting it, but at least we are doing it. We are going to try and go back and do the ones that we missed. I believe we are also going to try and do the same number of sit ups.

Been thinking of adding chair dips to my day, start out like the pushup challenge (1 today, 2 tomorrow, etc). Does anyone know if there is a "girly" way to do them, or is it just the chair method?
