And so far, I have $12 ready to go to Kiva.org

You guys did that.

I decided to give any money I get to charity. I'm not here to make money. And they are just all so silly.

AND since you guys have come up with all the slogans, I shouldn't get the $ anyway.

So the twins were all like, “Whatcha doin’, dad?” And so I tell them that I’m doing pushups and planks to get in shape. Well they wanted to participate. Soon the boys were sweaty and sticky and needing a bath before bedtime.

Can somebody describe a plank (the exercise kind) for me? Is it basically just getting in pushup position and holding it? Thanks.

Raitch, there are good visuals on the net, but think of a pushup position, only on your elbows instead of your hands. That is the basic position. There are several variations.
You just hold it as long as you can!

Elbows/forearms on the ground. Keep back straight (no sagging or booty in the air). Simple as that. Now hold it for three or four minutes and refrain from crying......

Or hold it for 30 seconds, see how much you hurt, then imagine extending it to 3 or 4 minutes. You might end up feeling like one of those guys that lays down and lets a vehicle roll over their stomach. You may also experience convulsions throughout most of your body! It's good times.

I was trying it in pure pushup position and it didn't seem as hard as you guys are describing, so the on your elbows part must make a big difference.

Feel free to ignore that last bit. That's really just an option for the more advanced...

B3, does Move Free really help? When I broke my ankle 12 years ago, I also dislocated it (yes, it hurt like he11 and it looked really bizarre too). I only got about 70% of the mobility back and it stiffens up like crazy sometimes, especially in the cold. Also, as I get older, I get occasional flare-ups of arthritis, just like my doctor said I would. I've noticed that since I started running it's actually feeling better, but I wondered if one of the joint products would help.

Thanks smile

Also, to stay on topic, I did my 26 this morning.
