Okay Pup, here is the doctor's advice - thinks is rotator cuff but isn't sure. Gave me a steriod pack - so yes now I'm on roids - the label warns against psychotic manifestations.......
He said if this doesn't clear it up, I'm going to an orthopedic specialist.

And if you start making a large amount of cartoonish friends, seek medical attention, you're going crazy!

<---Has two messed up shoulders. One completely rebuilt. I believe in orthopods, they are great doctors. But sometimes surgery is the only tool they know how to use... Be cautious.

The rotator cuff is a complex machine. A bicep pulls your arm in one direction, while a tricep pushes it in the other. A quadricep and hamstring work basically in opposite way. A rotator cuff is made up of (4?) different muscle groups pushing and pulling in different directions. So, if you have a hard time lifting your arm, it's one. If you have a hard time lifting it laterally, it's another, etc.

I would venture to say that there is nobody out there without some sort of rotator cuff issue. The good news is that it is fixable through rehab if not torn. Mine was a severe sprain, and that was fixed through rehab (then I neglected it some more).

Good luck with it and be careful. Get some good pics taken of it (MRI, if I remember correctly) and get it taken care of. You kinda need your shoulders.

That's right!! Thats why we all fall off a wagon and not an F17! Wagons are easier to get back on and there's always lots of room!

I have to admit, I'm no longer trying to keep up with all of the pushups.

I usually squeek about 20-40 and that's about it. I'm not super excited about having to do 75 so I figure it's better to do 20 or so and call it good. That's better than not doing them at all.

And besdies, I'm finding new and interesting ways to torture myself at TRX.

Its about being successful and opportunities for fitness! I've been adding all kinds of things to my workouts due to this challenge and all of you!
I am kind of focused on completing the challenge, just because I want to see how many I can do. I managed 82 in my morning set. I'm tryin to stay ahead of the required amount because I know I'm getting closer to my limit. (Literally collapsed at 82). All of you are driving me and giving me knew ideas. Please keep it up so I will too!

LOL! Our head of security is about 5'8", has a 45" waist and jumps when I say "boo". (literally, he is very jumpy)
But he's a nice little guy.
