A CU, Where Regs Don't Apply

Thought i'd update since i asked the question in here.....i tried the "planking" using correct form....what a killer! I'm not timing myself, just going as long as i can (which is in the neighborhood of 45 seconds to a minute). Anyway....thanks for the instructions and if i can hang with them, i know they're gonna help....you can feel the burn for sure. It won't take long to see a change, not long ago I would start experiencing 8.5 level tremors by about 30 seconds, now I can go at least a minute before that starts, and that's with minimal time and reps put in. The side-planks are still a test, but any time I can feel the burn, I appreciate it.

FINALLY ABOVE the gnat line

My wrists have been hurting as well - can't really do more than 10 at a time before its too painful to continue. Someone mentioned bars or handles? Do those really help with the wrist pain and where do I get them?

Harder = stronger! Maybe mix and match? I'm doing 5 different kinds of pushus right now and it is making a difference! Also keeps down the boredom!

Applying the concept of whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger is baloney!
Sometimes the strain weakens you permanently.
That is my thought for the day.....

Mani, I don't know what to really call them, and that's the best I could do.
Okay, think chain link fence. In High School Cross Country, we'd stretch on the tennis court and use the fence for this. First, you stretch your calves. With your leg straight, you lift your foot, put it against the fence and slowly lower your heel to the ground. You immediately feel the calf being stretched.
You can also play around with that position a little and get a good hammy stretch from there.
Stretching your calves will help your hammies and vice versa. It's all connected. Got it! I've done those before, just never knew what they were called.
