No pushups but got out this past Sunday afternoon at our local state park and hiked all afternoon. It was such a beautiful day! The woods were filled with pink honeysuckle, butterflies everywhere. It was great!

Does it matter that I have no balance whatsoever? As in, I run into walls and fall down for no reason. A lot.

Does it matter that I have no balance whatsoever? As in, I run into walls and fall down for no reason. A lot. I am constantly amazed at my lack of balance when walking/running/standing/etc. But yet put me on the back of a horse and I'm perfectly centered.

I feel your pain. I have fallen off the tredmill and hit the pavement a couple times on my long runs. That is why I got a Road ID for Christmans. They way they know who to call when I go splat.

Maybe that was the deal with Darth Vader. Just didnt walk well and needed the helmet. Cape probably didnt help much.....

I have a Road ID too since I run and bike alone. As long as my right arm stays attached or remains relatively close to the rest of my carcass, they will at least know who to call. I even wear it when I travel.

I have my name on the band of my underwear (not Calvin Klein). Problem solved.
No, not really, but since I'm in the basement at work most of the time, I figure that they'd at least know who I was before they chose to ignore my corpse laying on the floor.
When I'm at the park I usually go to, I have my car key and figure that will lead them back to my car (which they can then steal). I should probably do something more, but since I'm young and invincible, I don't think much about such things.
