I made it up to the 200 mark, but then trying to squeeze them in throughout the day became a pain. It was easier in my old office at the end of the deserted hallway...no one ever came to see me then (except once and that elicited a "What are you doing?!?" question), but my new office has cubes outside of them and it's not something I can do without drawing attention.

Yeah, my employees were like "Ummm... Whatcha doin?"

I am in. Convinced my wife and son to join me. They have each set a goal of getting to their respective ages in daily pushups. I am hoping to complete the challenge this year. I let them know that their goals were awesome and that anything beyond the goal is gravy.

Gosh, in Pales' case...365 would be the easiest choice given the choice between age and # of days.

Suck it up cupcake...do double today! I'm in...doing push ups and some form of sit up/crunch...for a while anyway. I think I made it 3 months last time before saying ENOUGH!

I'm tired though. Had to run entirely too early to accommodate a 7:30 dentist appt. Sucky!

I'll give it a shot, until my shoulder starts keeping me awake at night again. I skipped yesterday, because it was a Federal Holiday, but I did 50 this morning (but not all at once).

I did 20 pushups, 20 crunches, and 5 (90 second) planks to start off the year yesterday and today. I'm going to keep doing that until day 20 and then start increasing by 1 per day until I can't do anymore.
