Thanks! Hardly a warm up Matt. It was a tough race on the legs. And I have to say that the caliber of athlete's that showed for this thing makes me think I have a lot of work to do. I'm used to seeing "13.1" or "26.2" stickers on the cars in the parking lot at races. But this one was loaded with odd numbers, "70.3", "100", "140.6"..... They could save a lot of space and stickers with a single sticker... "Crazy Man On Board"!

AHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! I would love to do the Sheldon "take one step and back, I just went to the Grand Conyon" move at a race! Oh and yes, I have both the "Flash" tshirt and underwear. The underwear are boxers though. However, when I think "Grandmaster", typically what comes to mind involves bad voice overs and some wirework Kungfu!

On another, fitness related note, I tried a golf ball on my feet last night for the first time. Felt freaking awesome! They weren't especially sore, but dang it was nice. The look I got, I may as well have been dipping my feet in ketchup, but whatever.

Oh yeah, that does feel really good. If someone were to look through the "pile" of fitness equipment in the corner of my living room they might really worry about me:
yoga mat
foam roller
the stick
lacrosse balls
golf ball
bath towel rolled up and kept in place with saran wrap
resistance bands - tube type with handles and wide thin elastic type
oh yeah...and a 3 ft long 2 x 6 board
