OK - just tried the wall push-ups. Did 20. Goal for tomorrow -21!

Double plus 2, I did 12. Feeling good about myself for actually committing!

Did 21 wall pushups this morning! Didn't someone say the wall ones are still good to do?

I find them so much easier because gravity isn't pulling on my big ole mid-section. Goal is to eventually include knee push-ups - maybe even toe ones.

Anything that even vaguely resembles a push-up counts.

Leaning against the wall
leaning against the counter
on your knees
full body straight
scorpion (*side-eye at Boatn*)
handstand
Feet on an exercise ball

It all counts.

Two sets of 8 this morning, but I did wake up pretty sore from the last two days' increase. This time, though, it was the GOOD kind of sore.

Are you supposed to do planks on your elbows or with your arms fully extended? Or, rather, which is more challenging?

Elbows is much more difficult, IMO.

I am doing them on my elbows.

Did my pushups, planks (on elbows) and abs. Going to the gym after work today to get my cardio in and some weight training.

OK HELP - I have no idea how to count ..... wow that sounds really bad from a banker.
Am I supposed to be doing the date # of pushups each day or adding the date # of each day on top of the prevous # ????
For instance today I would have counted like this
01/01 = 1pushup
01/02 = 2 +1 (from 01/01) = do 3 pushups
01/03 = 3 +3(01/01 & 01/02) = do 6
01/04 = 4 +6 = do 10
TODAY = 5 + 10 = do 15 pushups today
PLEASE tell me becasue if I can do 5 rather than 15 I would so rather ; )

Sorry, hun. No. You do the number of the day. So today you will do 5. Tomorrow 6.

Bless your heart if you were doing cumulative. Take the day off and do 6 tomorrow.

PATS, keep in mind that the count continues month to month. Feb 1 = 32, Feb 29 = 60, Dec 31 = 366.
