Does a bank need to escrow for taxes when the dwelling is a mobile home in a mobile home park that has the owners pay the taxes monthly?
Are they paying monthly taxes due on the MH they own or the land they don't own through a lease agreement?
Any taxes due on the MH then those taxes must be escrowed since the MH is their primary dwelling. Any tax they are paying on behalf of the land owner through a lease agreement would not have to be escrowed IMO.
