I have convinced myself now that high numbers within each set are not yet important.

I like starting with a set of 10 or 12, then going off to brush my teeth or whatever and coming back to do a 20 ish set and finishing with another 20ish set. I'll add sets before I push incredibly high rep counts.

I did 10, 20 and 18 this morning.

I was out until 1 am driving in the snow, surveying the landscpape. I did help push a truck out of the ditch a little before 1am, so I think that is why I'm sore today. I've also noticed a decrease in what I can do based on getting too little sleep (ie, going to bed at 1am).

I'm thinking that I will add a set or two in the evening soon so that I'm not rushing in the morning. Hopefully, that won't lead to burnout. We'll see.

You are spot on with the sleep. Also if you track what you eat, you will see some foods are high energy and others actually zap you.
I do my main set first thing in the morning and try to get all I can then, but I do them all day long, whenever I have a break or feel like it. I am in hopes that it will allow me to gradually increase my set length. And yes, some days are easy and other days its a big struggle. Thats where you guys help..if everyone else is doing it when they had a bad day, then so can I.

I realized that I ordered the same dark grey color that I did the first time, so the tee shirt looks almost identical to the one I already have.
